Apprenticeship Enquiries

Apprenticeships provide an excellent way for schools to either recruit fresh talent or enhance the skills of their current people. A diverse range of apprenticeships are available ranging from level 2 (GCSE) to level 6/7 (degree and postgraduate degree level).

When a new apprentice joins the Dean Trust they will be acquiring on-the-job training whilst familiarising themselves with the school environment. Additionally they complete off-the-job training to learn new knowledge, skills and behaviours for their role.

The levy can also be used for upskilling to develop our existing talent as part our People Strategy and also for Continued Professional Development (CPD).

We have partnered with BPN, LMP and BPP to source the best training to develop professional skills within the workplace.
