Supporting high-quality teaching is pivotal in improving children’s outcomes, which is why we believe in providing structured and facilitated activities for our education-based colleagues intended to increase their teaching ability.

We aim to ensure that when designing and selecting professional development, we focus on the mechanisms, ensure that professional development effectively builds knowledge, motivates colleagues, develops teaching techniques, and embeds practice. Ultimately, we believe in implementing professional development with care, taking into consideration the context and needs of the school. (EEF, 2021)

Our subject sessions are linked to the strategic priorities and we will develop the leaders knowledge of current research to ensure that you can successfully implement new strategies or refine current teaching practice within your own area.
