The suite of National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) are a set of prestigious professional qualifications, already widely recognised by the sector for their research-driven approach to personal and professional development. They are designed to support the professional development of teachers and school leaders at all levels, across all phases. At the BLI we facilitate a range of National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) in collaboration with our partner Best Practice Network (BPN). We offer both specialist NPQs (leading teacher development, leading teaching ad behviour and culture) and leadership NPQs (senior leadership, SENCO and headship). NPQ for Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD)

The National Professional Qualification for Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD) is suitable for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading the development of other teachers in their school.

NPQ For Leading Teaching (NPQLT)

The NPQLT is for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have responsiblities for leading teaching in a subject, key stage or phase.

NPQ for Leading Behaviour & Culture (NPQLBC)

NPQ for Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC) is suitable for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing in their school.

NPQ for SENDCOs (NPQSENCO)

This course is for Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinators (SENCOs), school leaders and teachers who are interested in developing expertise in special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) or undertaking a SENCO role in the future.
