We provide a wide range of programmes that are CPD certified and nationally accredited to help our colleagues thrive. The directory of training for all of our people includes; Behaviour & Culture, Business Management, Governance, Health & Safety, IT and Data, Leadership, People Management, Safeguarding, SEND, Teaching & Learning. In addition to this offer all of our schools have an accompanying CPD calendar.

The development programmes for teachers support them for the entirety of their career. We offer Initial Teacher Training (ITT), support with the Early Career Framework (ECF) and full access to National Professional Qualifications (NPQ) for established teachers and leaders. Our people can also access training from TES, The National College and the National College of Education.
